I have been in the cleaning business since 2006 and recently decided to be a representative of Drymasters. In my experience of providing cleaning services from the cleaning process and procedure and in the chemicals and equipment used, I am throughly impressed with Drymasters process of providing customers with ultimate care and total satisfaction.
Before
The family room carpet was worn and dingy from high household traffic and three pets. There were stains and discolorationthe and the steps leading into this area was matted and shades darker than the connecting carpet. I pretreated the carpet and allow the solution to work. Before using the machine, I agitated some of the brown and red stained areas. I allowed the machine to do the rest of the work.
After
The chemicals used left the home smelling clean and fresh. The carpet no longer appeared dingy and wornout. It was noticeably brighter. The steps now matched the connecting carpet. The carpet has been restored to its original state before moving in and was now clean, soft and fresh. The Carpet no longer felt stiff or flat
The total time taken to restore this family room to like-new status was 5 times faster than previous methods used. The machine was easy to use and easy to operate. DryMaster is an awesome investment and I believe essential to the total process of clean. They have developed a great approach to cleaning. They have exceptional equipment ans awesome products that are effective yet environmentally safe for the occupants and their pets.
